Visitors are given a brief introduction to astronomy, followed by observations of celestial objects in the night sky through a telescope. Depending on the season, these include various planets in our solar system, stars, and galaxies.

Directions

The observatory is accessible by car only in the evening. Free parking is available right next to the observatory. https://maps.app.goo.gl/JkKNdCkwwAjQq6yu9


Food and drinks are available at the Untereggerhof, located right next door.


Useful Information / What to Bring

Please bring warm and comfortable clothing and shoes. Even in summer, it can get quite chilly in the evening, as the observatory is located at 1,300 meters above sea level.
