Snowshoe hike to the Zufallhütte in Val Martello

We take the hotel bus to the rear of Val Martello (depending on snow conditions), strap on our snowshoes and hike up to the Zufallhütte hut on a wide forest path. If conditions are good, you can marvel at beautiful icy waterfalls on the tour and take some extraordinary photos. If conditions permit, those who feel fit can continue the hike to the old dam wall. You should be sure-footed with snowshoes for this section, as the ground is quite icy and slippery in places. We then reach a beautiful flat plateau where we can enjoy the view of the imposing glaciers and the Zufall peaks in good weather. We take the same route back to the parking lot with a stop for refreshments at the Zufallhütte.
