Helpful facts

Digging, hitting and smashing: When you think of beach volleyball, you tend to associate it with sand, beaches and bikinis rather than snow and long underwear. But the CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour ticks differently. In Wagrain-Kleinarl, an extraordinary competition will be held at 1,850 meters above sea level from March 24 - 26, 2023, directly at the Flying Mozart mountain station in Snow Space Salzburg.

In 2019, the tournament was not only held at the European level! Teams from all five continents participated and competed for the handsome prize money of 20,000 USD.

This is not something to be missed!

Although beach volleyball has always been played on sand, the variant on snow, which originated in Wagrain, developed into a prestigious tournament series with handsome prize money. In the specially created arena next to the Flying Mozart mountain station at 1,850 meters, spectators experience team sports at summit level. Palm trees, a VIP lounge and cheerleaders create a unique atmosphere around the center court.
