During Nordic Walking you use both your lower and upper body and thus have an increased energy metabolism compared to a normal walk.
With the brisk walking pace you also train your cardiovascular system without getting completely out of breath.
Our path takes you across fields, meadows and through the forest, so you will need sturdy shoes or running shoes.
