The swimming pool with sauna "Balneum" is located in the Sterzing sports zone. With its sports pools, whirlpools, the current channel, the neck showers, the toddlers' pool and the year-round outdoor pool, the bath invites you to relax and unwind. There is also a lot to discover in the sauna area: besides the Finnish sauna, you will find the steam bath, the stone sauna and also a herbal sauna. On Sundays and holidays there is the family sauna and on Monday afternoon the ladies sauna.
