PERSONAL TRAINING - targeted and supportive
Depending on your needs and physical capabilities, our trainers and users will put together an individual sports program for you: This can include Nordic walking, mountain biking or e-biking, fitness classes (aqua fit, back exercises, yoga, etc.) or individual training on state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment as well as cross trainers and treadmills in our fitness room. Your personal trainer is there for you during the entire training session, showing you exercises, the executions and motivating you.
My tip: combined with back strength, optimal results can be achieved.
