The Bregenzerwald Museum Railway, affectionately known as the "Wälderbähnle", has today become a landmark of the Bregenzerwald. Once the narrow-gauge railway opened up the valley, today the historic steam and diesel locomotive runs 5 km of the former route between Bezau and Schwarzenberg.
