A chutney is a spicy, sometimes sweet-sour, sometimes hot-spicy sauce of Indian cuisine. The consistency ranges from liquid to creamy to pasty. There are also variations with pieces of fruit or vegetables. Gabriel knows a lot more about chutneys and will make a chutney with and for you tomorrow at 3:30 pm.
