From grain to bread

No bread without water! After a circular hike to the mountain pasture, we learn all kinds of interesting facts about the cultivation of rye, which of course needs water to grow, at the Maurerhof farm in Jaufental. The lovingly restored farm mill vividly shows how the grain was ground into the finest flour for centuries with the help of water. We will experience how tasty homemade bread is by tasting different types of bread.
