Check-In

Your room/suite is ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm.

Should you arrive later or earlier, please let us know. The Gourmetpension PLUS starts on the day of arrival with the afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

Check-Out

For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Please note that our reception is only open from 8.00 am. If you are considering leaving earlier, it is possible to settle your hotel bill by 9:30 pm the day before. Upon request at the reception, you are welcome to enjoy the ZillergrundRock after a late check out on your departure day until 5:00 pm (without room/suite).
