On the road with professional hunter Stefan Pfefferle

Stefan Pfefferle is a hunting master and has been managing a big game hunting ground in the Oberallgäu for 23 years. In addition, he has been involved in numerous honorary positions related to hunting for many years. At the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna, Stefan Pfefferle completed the advanced training as an "Academic Hunting Manager" in 2012. Together you will go on a hike with the professional hunter in the Balderschwang Valley. With his great expertise, Stefan is a sought-after discussion partner and speaker on almost all hunting-related topics.

Game experience with Dirk Harnischmacher

Introduction to the cooking of game with information and demonstration on the cutting and processing of game. Afterwards common 4-course game menu incl. HUBERTUS wine journey. Dirk is a chef with fun & level and at the same time passionate hunter. Important stations of his professional career were the "Ente von Lehel" in Wiesbaden (Peter Wodarz), Burg Windeck (Peter Wehlauer), as well as Josef Viehhauser in Hamburg. He was even a TV chef in the ZDF sports studio, long before the term existed. Dirk Harnischmacher had his own game cooking school and is a former hut host. Now he enjoys his retirement and continues to enjoy hunting.
