Join Peppe aka That Guy from Naples for an evening of learning, cooking and fun (he speaks English and Italian but has a German-speaking helper with him).

After running his own cooking school in Capri and working as a private chef in Asia and Italy, he was drawn to Berlin last summer. You may have already met him at our Naturalmente Weingarten snack bar by the lake, where he laughs and talks about fantastic food from the Naples region of Italy. With the same passion and dedication he will show you his own family recipe and tricks to turn raw products into a delicious dish.

As he always says, "I always preferred to be in the kitchen with the women than playing soccer in the street".

The activity will be a hands-on class (yes, you will have to work for your food) where you will learn more about ingredients, characteristics, cooking techniques and the history of the recipe you will prepare with your own hands. All spiced up with anecdotes and stories that have made simple but delicious dishes part of the southern Italian culinary heritage.

The course is suitable for children 12 years and older. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

The meal will be paired with 3 glasses of organic Aglianico del Beneventano OR organic Falanghina del Beneventano. Both from the Fontana Reale winery.
