8:00 a.m.: Morning meditation in lying, sitting, walking with introduction to mindful body awareness to get in the mood with Veronika Herrmann in the room "SeeBlick" (45 min)
11:00 a.m.: Mindfulness Walk - Mindful walking with tips for time-out moments & relaxation in everyday life and information about the seminar "AusZeitWoche" (approx. 1.5 - 2 hrs.)
Lunch "SprechZeit": Opportunity for individual discussions with seminar leader Veronika Herrmann about the seminar "AusZeitWoche" at HUBERTUS.
4:00 p.m.: Progressive muscle relaxation at the end of the day under the guidance of Veronika Herrmann (approx. 45 min)
