This is a short and very effective workout in which you train your strength, cardiovascular system and strength endurance in a very short time.
The Tabata method is used, in which you complete as many repetitions of a given exercise as possible with your own body weight or with small equipment in very short load phases (20-45s). With this method, you can control the intensity of the load yourself, so the workout is also suitable for very different performance levels. The load phases are followed by short breaks between the exercises (approx. 10-20s). In total, you complete two rounds of 4 exercises per workout, one after the other. There is a slightly longer break between each workout.
The music gives starts and stops and motivates you to give your best and (if you want to) test your own load limits.
