Walk the tea path through the tea garden, rest in the tea pavilion near the Zen garden overlooking the sparkling lake, enter the tea house, enjoy a bowl of tea while talking to us about tea culture. Artful tea utensils and exquisite teas for sale can be found in our retail store.

Japanese tea ceremonies are held in the Chashitsu, the Japanese tea room at Casa del Tè. In our cultural program, among other things, the "salone culturale" finds a permanent place. Let us inspire you.

Japanese Tea Culture and Tea Ceremony

The tea ceremony begins with a tour of the tea garden and introduction to the Japanese tea ceremony. After that, you will participate in the tea ceremony in the tea house. Afterwards, your questions will be answered and there will be enough time for conversation and a visit to the "Laboratorio".

Duration: 90 minutes, Execution: Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.

Price: CHF 45.00 per person, groups on request.
