- Bergkristall gourmet breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m.: rethought - partly served, partly you may pick up your wishes at the buffet. As you wish. The finest delicacies such as our delicious Allgäu cheese, regional sausage specialties, delicious jams, spreads and honey from the Allgäu, fresh rolls and breads from the local baker, our delicious Bergkristall-Bircher muesli, yogurt and cottage cheese from local dairies, juices from our juice store and much more. | Must try: the many delicious extras such as the Power Bowl, the buckwheat-banana pancake or the warm millet porridge... You order the egg dishes at the table from our service team.

- Lunch time with live cooking - fresh and healthy: from 12:30 to 14:00 with a lunch dish from the live cooking station, freshly prepared for you, as well as a soup of the day and a small selection of salads of the day.

- In the Bergkristall atrium from 11:00 a.m. delicious coffee specialties, cake in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. | snack menu with delicious treats (for a fee)

- Healthy enjoyment à la carte in the evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.: Design your evening menu according to your wishes - appetizer, salad, soup, various main courses, dessert or cheese.

- Vinotheque with more than 350 different selected wines (for a fee).

- SPA Lounge from 07.00: coffee, tea, fruit, small nibbles such as nuts and dried fruit for self-service for early risers. From 14.00 a small selection of cakes is available. From 12.30 to 14.00 you can also help yourself in your bathrobe at the front cooking station in the restaurant and eat in the SPA Lounge or, in fine weather, on the panoramic terrace.
