Directly from the surrounding forests comes the healthy early spring messenger wild garlic in the cooking pot. The humorous cook Gisela will show you different ways of preparing it. After a Meersburger Secco and a wild garlic snack we will prepare the menu together: wild garlic soup, wild garlic gnocchi with butter and parmesan and lemon cream.

During the dinner together you will get to know four white wines of the Meersburger Winzerverein. Water and juices included.

Where does the wild garlic grow? Combined with a bicycle tour (17 km, 180 meters altitude) you can pick the wild garlic together with us. Meeting point at 3:30 pm at our office "Ferienwohnungsagentur Bodensee von Herzen", Kronenstraße 19 in Meersburg.
