Franz comes from Sauerlang and is a chef from the Hotel Seegarten and nature lover. He loves to cook with regional products.
Angelina is a hobby cook! Italy and pasta are her passion. She loves the mountains, sunrises and the simple moments in life.
Finally, the hostess Barbara the Grawandhütte is since 3rd generation so for 70 years in the family of the Steindl family. Therefore it is important to me to preserve the old and to revive it with new ideas and to pass it on to my children in old family tradition.
The food we use comes directly from the region. The eggs from the Heiseler Hof in Radfeld, the vegetables from Fam. Knapp in Hall, the milk and dairy products from the alp in Zemmgrund and the game meat from the hunting area Zemmgrund. At 17 o'clock the Grawand Radikal regional five-course gourmet - menu starts.
