Pilates is a holistic workout for strengthening deep-seated muscles. In Pilates, breathing is very important to activate your own "Power House". The training is suitable for people who would like to feel their own muscles again and more, also with the help of the gymnastic equipment such as Theraband, Pilates ball and small dumbbells. This session goes towards body awareness and recovery: feeling new and healthy again.
