At over 2500m you complete the unique altitude training. Together we plan your personal training program, so that your 4000m or higher will only be a stone's throw away. Or do you want to improve your endurance?
As the air pressure decreases at high altitudes, the body needs time to produce enough red blood cells to ensure the transport of oxygen. With specific altitude stays you get used to it and discomfort can be avoided to a large extent. No glaciers will be accessed during this workshop.
