1. buy the desired Private Spa package in the voucher store. You will receive the voucher as a PDF document by email.

2. write us an e-mail to spa@therme-lindau.com with indication of:

Voucher code (is written on the Private Spa voucher).

Desired date with time slot for the Private SPA Suite

Desired time for the couple massage

Callback number for the appointment

3. additional reservation of entrance tickets is not necessary! On the day of your visit, simply report to the reception with the Private SPA voucher (on your cell phone or printed out) to receive the chip wristbands for your visit.

4. then report to the SPA information counter in the sauna area approximately 10 minutes before the reserved time slot.
