Ingredients
- 250 g Topfen
- 150 g Philadelphia
- 80 g leek
- 1 small clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Wash the leek thoroughly and cut it into small cubes.
Mix the Topfen and Philadelphia until creamy. Add the leek and finely chopped or pressed garlic, and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
