There is undoubtedly no comparable area in the Eastern Alps that extends contiguously over so many valleys and peaks and offers such a wide variety of pistes of all levels of difficulty. Situated at an altitude of 2500 to 3000 metres above sea level, snow is guaranteed until spring.
