At Restaurant TERZ, you’ll find creative à la carte cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients, South Tyrolean roots, and international influences. Head Chef Andreas Lindner personally prepares the dishes, showcasing local products with great flair, creativity, and a refined gourmet touch.

Whether it’s healthy vegetarian fare, modern interpretations, or indulgent classics—we serve them with select wines from South Tyrol in a modern, relaxed, and warm atmosphere.

Guests from outside the hotel are also warmly welcome—feel free to bring your favorite people along.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
