Yin Yoga invites you to find peace and consciously let go of tension in your body. Through longer-held poses, mindful breathing, and a slower pace, we gently release tension, promote flexibility, and bring deep relaxation to both body and mind. Ideal for unwinding, recharging, and refueling.
