Who doesn't know them from childhood, the colorful hula hoops. They are currently making a comeback in the fitness world. And at our club too. Hula hooping has become a real trend sport in recent years. It's great fun and also burns a lot of calories.
You can try out this latest sport with Christina at the Aldiana Club Hochkönig.
