The Ludwigstube - á la carte restaurant

A lot has happened here...

Since the beginning of our hotel, the Ludwigstube - once a public restaurant, famous for steaks over an open fire and long nights full of music, dancing and laughter - has lived on. The restaurant had to close in the early 2000s, but instead of giving it up, we carefully modernized it. In culinary terms, it remains true to its homeland: simple, honest Allgäu dishes that are touching precisely because of their authenticity. The focus is on our game from our own hunt - a piece of family history, a precious, sustainable gift of nature that fills us with pride.

For guests who enjoy our half board, we take the liberty of charging a reservation fee of €13.00 per person. All dishes from the menu can then be ordered free of charge.

For guests who have also booked breakfast, the prices on the menu apply.
