Booking Change & Cancellation

In the event of booking changes, the currently valid price will always be charged. This can lead to a price increase. Additional persons must be registered in writing at least 2 weeks before arrival. The surcharge for additional persons will always be charged for the entire stay.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 100 days before arrival - 10% of the total amount

Up to 30 days before arrival - 30% of the total amount

Up to 1 day before arrival - 100% of the total amount

No show/late arrival/early departure - 100% of the total amount.

Payments made cannot be refunded.

In all other respects, the provisions of the "Austrian Hotel Regulations" apply.

These cancellation conditions are valid for both contracting parties.
