Experience the Kasplatzl show dairy

An individual hike takes you from the Ebenau parking lot about 45 minutes slightly uphill to the in-house cheese dairy Kasplatzl. You can also cover the route by mountain bike or e-bike. The toll road can also be taken by car directly to the cheese dairy (approx. 9 km from the hotel).

Experience an organized tour of the cheese dairy and alpine pasture and cowshed, explore the hydroelectric power plant that supplies the hotel with energy and visit the bell room with us with the valuable cast-iron bells that adorn our cows during the cattle drive. Enjoy a small cheese tasting of four varieties and homemade cranberry mustard with juicy farmhouse bread. Afterwards you can explore the extensive Spertental valley.
