The MONO restaurant is the meeting place for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. No wonder: pasta and other dishes - such as the spaghetti alla chitarra, antipasto della casa or the champagne risotto - are freshly prepared.
In keeping with Italian tradition, the primo piatto is followed by the second main course with fine meat and fish dishes. Especially recommended: our MONO classic, sea bass in a salt crust. For dessert, there's a fruit sorbet with Italian lemon liqueur.
