Goat cheese dairy Tour

A particular focus at the Oberwerkstatt organic farm is on the Valais black-necked goats. They are not only beautiful to look at, but also provide some of the milk for the goat's milk products. The brown goats complement the herd not only in terms of color. Their calm disposition brings the necessary serenity to the goat herd.

Goat's milk is processed three times a week at the goat cheese dairy at 1400 m above sea level in Eggen. In the show dairy, you can gain an insight into the production of goat's cheese.
