We understand that your plans can change. That is why it is possible to cancel a treatment up to 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time without incurring any charges. If a treatment is cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit, we reserve the right to charge you 40% of the treatment price. If you cancel or change less than 4 hours, you will be charged 70% of the treatment price. If an appointment is not cancelled, 100% of the amount will be booked.
