Want to feel as fresh as after a day at the spa - only outside, in the middle of nature? All you need for the glacier glow is your feet, a stream and a little time.
Find a spot on the banks of the Isel - the last free-flowing glacial river in the Alps - with fine sand or rounded pebbles. Then it's time to take off your shoes and get into the cool water!
Massage the soles of your feet carefully with the fine river sand or glide your feet slowly over the smooth stones. The water does the rest - cool, clear and lively. The result is a natural exfoliation that not only revitalizes the skin, but also refreshes the mind.
