With the morning hike you start fit into the day. Evelyn will do breathing exercises with you in the great outdoors. The junior manager of the hotel is a certified hiking guide and undertakes this short hike once a week: the morning breathing hike. During this hike, Evelyn teaches you how to breathe properly and how to incorporate proper breathing into your everyday life.
