Starts with an explanation + sensation of pelvic floor anatomy and gently flows into core training (abdominal muscles + core training).
Neurogenic Tremor
is an innate ability to respond to tension and stress and leads to deep relaxation
Tone &; Stretch
is an intensive, holistic and functional mindfulness and body workout. This workout combines active and passive movements as well as elements of tension and relaxation. It is suitable for everyone, young or old, performance or relaxation oriented, with or without physical ailments or limitations.
