Three times a summer, the pretty village of Olang in Val Pusteria invites you to a specialty tasting of a special kind: the traditional Standlschmaus!
Each stall offers a different culinary delicacy, with sweet South Tyrolean Strauben and Riso al nero di Seppia. There is also Tirtlan with spinach or cabbage and polenta with fresh chanterelles, and the smell of freshly baked strudel in all its variations. It's hard to choose.
The restaurant chefs from Olang and talented amateur chefs from various voluntary associations will be sizzling, frying, boiling and steaming. The feast is accompanied by lively bands and traditional music performed at various locations in and around the park.
