For a long time, the old Zug schoolhouse built in 1780 housed the alpine dairy and the school. Today, a very special kind of culinary local history awaits all those looking for an indulgence class of their own at the Schualhus: the Rote Wand Chef's Table at the Schualhus.

Julian Stieger has been the new chef at the Rote Wand Chef's Table since October. The Austrian chef is 28 years old and was most recently at Geranium in Copenhagen (3 Michelin stars | No°1 Worlds 50 Best).
