In addition to our Weinstube in the Hotel Gierer, we have united various gastronomy concepts for you under our umbrella brand.

The restaurant on the Wasserburg peninsula offers a selection of creative and seasonal dishes. Many ingredients are sourced locally, for example from producers in the Allgäu and Lake Constance region.

You can make yourself comfortable in our spacious indoor area or enjoy moments of indulgence on the panoramic terrace. From there, the view extends across the lake to the mountains.

The culinary highlights are accompanied by wines from the region, which develop their own character thanks to the mild climate around the lake.
