Hike through the Mötzer Gorge

The loop hike from Mötz to Burg Klamm winds through a diverse natural landscape on the Mieming Plateau. From the town center, the trail follows a stream into the impressive gorge with its waterfall and narrow paths, before a steep ascent leads to a covered wooden bridge and on to the striking Klamm Castle. The tour combines wildly romantic gorge passages with peaceful forest and meadow sections and offers beautiful views of the Inn Valley time and again.

This moderately difficult hike is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy a leisurely pace.

Important information from the provider:

Hiking or mountaineering boots and appropriate clothing are required!

Dogs are not permitted.

No stops for refreshments along the way!

Cancellation by the provider:

The tour will only take place if the specified minimum number of participants (at least 3 participants) is reached; otherwise, it may be canceled up to 12 hours before the start. For objective reasons—in particular due to inclement weather, alpine hazards, official measures, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the provider’s control—cancellation is also possible right up until the start of the tour. Any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full immediately.
