In this two-hour workshop with herbal medicine practitioner Theresa Sommerbichler, you will discover the art of sourdough - original, healthy and full of life. Theresa will show you how to turn flour, water and time into a living dough that not only tastes delicious, but is also particularly digestible. You will learn exciting facts about natural fermentation processes and the healing connection between bread, herbs and traditional herbalism. At the end, you will of course take your home-baked bread home with you.
