Perhaps the most beautiful and convivial way to taste our cuisine. Everything is set in the middle of the table and everyone can grab according to their taste.

For example, you start with a colorful mix of our tapas and crisp salad. In the main course you can have a special cut from our maturation cabinet. Porterhouse, ox chop or tomahawk. There are many cuts to discover and we grill them to perfection for you. Free-range chicken, Duroc pork chops, alpine lamb or fish cooked whole are great additions to your selection. We serve matching side dishes.
