Hike Dalfaz waterfall

The Dalfaz waterfall is the highest waterfall in the Rofan mountains with a drop of around 60 meters and is also the largest on Lake Achensee. It is located on the sunny side above the lake and is a true place of power.

From the hotel, take the hotel bus (approx. 10 min) to Maurach. Once at the parking lot, the ascent begins via a light forest path to the Dalfaz waterfall (approx. 45 min). After a short rest with a view, you return to the valley via the forest road.

Please bring sturdy footwear and sufficient provisions.
