Streets of Chocolate

On Sunday, December 7, Sondalo is preparing to once again experience the sweet atmosphere of Strade di Cioccolato, the most delicious winter event in Alta Valtellina, now in its 12th edition. The event is promoted by the Li Simenza Association - Giovani Sondalo, in collaboration with APT Sondalo, local associations and numerous volunteers.

The historic center will be transformed into an evocative route through the ancient streets of the town, where participants will be able to immerse themselves in the enchantment of Christmas and discover a step-by-step itinerary dedicated to a sweet with ancient origins.

The formula is now tried and tested, admission to the event is free of charge while for the various tastings and to have a chance to participate in the drawing for the final prize, it is necessary to purchase the ticket (which includes the cup and activities) in advance or on the day of the event. The route will take place in 5 stages along the streets of the historic center of Sondalo. Each stop will have sweet surprises in store for you: hot chocolate but not only that, many sweet surprises are waiting for you.

ANIMATION, ENTERTAINMENT AND CHRISTMAS MARKETS

There will be no shortage of Santa's village and entertainment for the little ones with workshops and lots of fun. The Elves and the now unfailing Grinch are waiting for you. Music, entertainment and lots of news that we will reveal as we go along. To complete the Christmas atmosphere, one street will be entirely dedicated to Christmas Markets, with handicrafts and gift ideas. It will also be possible to buy the traditional calendar in Sondalino dialect "Al nòs tacuīn del 2026".
