Lend a hand yourself and experience a new kind of communal barbecue experience at our barbecue table. The exclusive barbecue set consists of veal back steak, beef fillet steak and pork fillet skewer. Served with Dijon mustard sauce, cognac pepper cream, herb butter, potato gratin, chips and grilled potatoes with herb quark.

Our kitchen team will also prepare a barbecue plate for vegetarians or fish lovers.
