The Krummbach Valley

2-hour leisurely hike, light hiking boots recommended! Hike for young and old in unspoiled nature.

The Krummbach Valley is the "thumb" of the five side valleys of Gerlos and starts at the parking lot of the Isskogelbahn. In the direction of the hamlet of Innertal, you will reach the Krummbach bridge after just 700 meters. From here, the hiking trail begins to ascend slightly into the Krummbachtal (further route via asphalt road - suitable for baby carriages - to Gasthof Almstüberl).

Follow the gravel path to the Prölleralm junction (another option: if you branch off there, you will reach the Prölleralm after approx. 900m). Continuing along the stream, you finally reach the Krummbachrast. Here you should definitely try the cheese from the in-house cheese dairy!

After refreshments, you can either make your way back or more fit hikers can continue via the Nöckentalalm to the Isskogelbahn mountain station (1,900 m).
