They are the icon of the Dolomites, the Three Peaks: the symbol of the beauty of a unique natural landscape and have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.
Many who have seen the striking sight of the Dolomites massif up close are left with an image of mighty giants.
Today's goal is to experience this breath-taking spectacle with all your senses by hiking once around the Three Peaks.
And today is not only about hiking but history too: Your hiking guide will share with you some interesting stories about the Alemagna Road (a geological formation of the Three Peaks) and the dinosaur tracks near the chapel. You will also learn much more about the history of the Alps from 1854 onwards and World War I events that occurred in the vicinity.
