Winter Nordic walking is like cross-country skiing but without skis and without snow of course. A preparatory training for cross-country skiers and biathletes, this form of training has now also established itself among the masses.
Today we will be actively exploring our magical winter world using two sticks. Our professional instructors will be on hand during the tour with great tips on how to increase endurance and develop a good technique.
