In the valleys, forests and mountain slopes of Graubünden, Beat Wilhelm collects wild berries, blossoms and cones. With much care and love, fine liqueur specialties are created in his production facility in Schiers in Prättigau.

Try the Alpärosä or Immihung liqueur at our bar or bring a nice bottle from our reception kiosk to those at home.
