Wine cellar tour with Philipp

Have you ever wondered where our approx. 21,000 special bottles of wine are stored and matured? During a wine cellar tour, host Philipp will show you the historic deep cellar from 1277, the stone cellar and the wooden cellar. In addition to rarities such as Ornellaia and Sassicaia and specialities such as the 1999 Lagrein Winery Bolzano Gries, a variety of selected red and white wines as well as champagne are also stored here.

Did you know? Our historic wine cellar is also the smallest restaurant in South Tyrol. A private candle light dinner for two for a special occasion (anniversary, birthday, proposal… we are happy to organize the perfect surprise for you, or just for fun.
