Dear Wirthshof family,
on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, it's time to get sporty again! Our Katja will introduce us to the world of fascia walking and reactive walking - a gentle but effective workout for the whole body.

🌤 Where? Outdoors in nature
☔ In case of bad weather: Reactive Workout & Stretch in the gym
👕 Bring along: Sportswear
🍽 Afterwards we'll have a snack together in the HofLaden - at Wirthshof's expense, of course! 😊
